Presenting our Christmas sweets’ collection at Festivalet

This past weekend we presented our collection of Soles, Essentials and Panettones at the Festivalet in Barcelona, a fair that brings together independent artisans and designers at a national and international level.

Today, we want to tell you a little more about the entire creation and organization process behind an event like this. (Although after the presentation of our book, we are already prepared for everything! 😜)

Mariona and Claudia, along with Jordi, handle the entire production process. 👨🏼‍🍳  While the production is underway, Maria designs the stand and orders everything needed to create an attractive visual space ready to receive people who would be joining us at the Festivalet.

Once the products are finished, the rest of the team packs and labels each one of them so that they are impeccable and ready for sale. As you can see, it is a completely handmade process, from the beginning to the very end. 🤩 We love teamwork and even more so, if the result is like this!

Once again, the Festivalet has been a unique experience, during which we were able to meet many people who believe and are committed to a healthier pastry. Professionals from the pastry sector, pastry fans, families who came with their little ones... For them we had a surprise prepared: the Soletes (little suns)! 🌞

Also, this year we launched the Essentials nougats’ collection that seemed to have surprised everyone who tried them. 🍫 Without a doubt, the diversity of ingredients of the Essentials, the contrast of flavors in the Soles and the quality of the cocoa in both products werewhat made the tasting experience unforgettable. Not to mention our two varieties of Panettones! 🤤

We want to thank all the people who joined us and gave us their feedback on the products. A big shout out to our virtual community as well, for showing us their support, as always! 👏🏽

Also to the Festivalet organization for counting on us and for creating this meeting place for people who value artisan work so much. It has been a pleasure to be part of this project one more year!
